Michael Goldberg aka Michael Kozum, aka, Chris Kozum or his companies are not factory authorized dealers for our branded central vacuum systems, Vacu-Maid, Astro-Vac or Valet.  Lindsay Mfg Inc has no business relationship with Michael Goldberg, never have had and never will have.

LMI has recently received calls from California, Texas, Florida, Colorado and Western Canada from consumers trying to locate Michael Goldberg.  He exhibited our Astro-Vac Central Vacuum Systems at some home shows, sold equipment and then failed to deliver the product as promised.  In some cases we were told he accepted money deposits.
